How to set up notifications about an advisor's activity?

To set up notifications about an advisor's activity, follow these steps based on the platform you’re using:

Nebula App

1. Open the app and navigate to the "Psychics" tab where all advisors are listed.
2. Choose the advisor for whom you want to set up notifications.
3. In the top right corner, tap on the "Bell" sign to access notification settings for that advisor.
4. Adjust the settings according to your preferences.

AskNebula Website

1. Log in to AskNebula.com and navigate to the "Chatroom" tab to see all your chats.
2. Click on the chat with the advisor you wish to set alerts for.
3. Choose your preferred option for notifications and tap the "Set up alert" button.
   • You can select from:
     • Push notifications
     • Alerts via email
     • Alerts via SMS
4. You will receive a "Success" notification if the alert is set up correctly.
