Check the chat type:
- Messenger
If you texted the advisor while they are busy, your message will be answered within 48 hours (usually faster). Our psychics focus on live chats but will be available to respond to offline messages when available.
- Live chat
If you experience problems during a live chat (e.g., "Advisor is not answering" or concerns about the reading quality), please report this through the "Submit request" button or "Contact us" option on the website.
To help resolve your issue quickly, please provide the following:
- A description of the problem (with a screenshot if possible)
- Your name (found in your profile settings under "Personal Information")
- Your date of birth (in the format YYYY-MM-DD)
- The name of the psychic you were chatting with
- The date and time of your chat (including your time zone)
