Firstly, please refer to the following articles for information about our subscription and additional services that can be purchased:

If you do not find a solution there, please contact our support team through the "Submit request" button or the "Contact us" option on the website. They will investigate your case and provide the appropriate solution.
⚠️ Important Note: If you mark the ticket as "Solved," you will not receive a response.
To assist you more efficiently, please provide the following information so we can locate your account:
- A screenshot of your completed payment
- The last 4 digits of your card and the BIN (first 6 digits of your card)
- Your country of residence
- The email used during the registration process
If you made the payment using Apple Pay, please check your Apple Pay Device Account Number in the Wallet app. You can find a guide with screenshots on how to locate it within the Wallet app.
If you used PayPal as your payment method, please provide the Invoice ID. This is the reference number associated with your transaction in your PayPal account, which you should find in the confirmation email for each transaction.

We understand that sometimes issues arise, and you may seek a refund or compensation for your Nebula mobile subscription. Here's a guide to help you navigate this process:
1. Check your transaction:

If you have not paid to Apple or Google, it might be for the AskNebula web service. Please refer to the first section of this article.
2. Subscriptions made via App Store/Google Play:
If your payment was processed by Apple or Google (you’ll see this in your transaction details), you’ll need to reach out to Apple or Google Play support directly for any refund requests.
