The "Autorefill" feature is designed to ensure that users can chat with advisors on the Nebula app without interruptions, providing a seamless experience. When your balance gets low during an ongoing chat (usually when there is only 1 minute left), the system will offer to top up your balance automatically. If your balance continues to deplete, it will prompt you to activate the "Autorefill" function.
Once "Autorefill" is activated, the system will automatically purchase additional credits whenever your balance is low, allowing you to continue your chat without needing to manually add more credits.
How to disable "Autorefill"?
- Log into your account.
- Once logged in, navigate to the main page and tap on the Profile icon in the top right corner.
- Go to the Settings tab and find the Customer Support section.
- In the Billing section, toggle off the Autorefill switch.
