If you cannot open your report (Palmistry, Natal Chart, Compatibility) from social networks, here’s what to do:
All reports are sent as .PDF files to the email address you provided during the order. To access your report:
- Look for the email with the report and click the "Get my report" or "Download" button.
- If the report doesn't open, try using different web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Microsoft Edge.
- You can also try opening the report with Adobe Acrobat Reader or any other application that supports .PDF files.
If you continue to experience issues, like the download button not working or receiving an error, please contact our support team for assistance using the "Submit request" option.
