How to report tech issues:
- Contact our support team through the Nebula app.
- Go to the "Settings" menu on the "Horoscope" tab (tap the gear icon in the top right corner).
- Click on the "Contact us" button and submit a request with your issue.
(Using the app to contact us provides info about your device, helping us investigate.)
- Provide the following details to expedite the process:
- Description of the issue (attach a screenshot if possible).
- Your name (found in the "Horoscope" tab).
- Your date of birth (use the format YYYY-MM-DD).
- The name of the psychic you were chatting with.
- The date and time of the chat, including your time zone.
If any funds were lost due to connection problems, our support team will compensate them. Your satisfaction is our priority!
