After purchasing your Soulmate Sketch Reading, you should receive an email with access details within 30 minutes. The email will be sent to the email address you used during checkout.
Please look for an email with the subject line “🔮 Get your Soulmate Sketch” or a similar subject that may include the name of your purchased reading.
Your Soulmate Sketch is available as a reading/report inside the Nebula app. To view it, please make sure you have the AskNebula mobile app installed on your device.
If you already have the Nebula app installed
Open the email you received after purchase and tap the “Get my Sketch” button or a similar button inside the email:
This should redirect you to the Readings tab in the Nebula app, where your purchased Soulmate Sketch Reading will be available:
For the best experience, please open the email on your mobile phone and tap the button directly from there. This helps ensure a smooth transition into the app.
If you haven’t downloaded the Nebula app yet
If you do not have the Nebula app installed, tapping the “Get my Sketch” button will redirect you to the App Store or Google Play to install the app.
Once the installation is complete, please return to the email and tap the button again. You should then be logged in automatically and redirected to the Readings tab, where your purchased Soulmate Sketch Reading will be available.
What if I haven’t received the email?
If you haven’t received the email after 30 minutes, please:
- check your spam or junk folder;
- make sure you are checking the same email address you used during checkout;
- confirm that there were no typos in the email address entered during purchase.
