If you haven’t received a response from your advisor or are unhappy with the quality of the reading, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below depending on the type of chat you had:
1. Check the Chat Type
Messenger (Offline Text Message)
If you sent a message while the psychic was busy or offline, they may take up to 48 hours to respond — although most replies come sooner.
🕒 Please be patient — our psychics prioritize live sessions, but will respond to offline messages as soon as they’re available.
Live Chat
If you’re in a live chat and experience issues such as:
- Psychic is not answering
- Poor or unclear quality of the reading
Please report the issue using the “Contact Us” option on our app or by submitting a request directly from the Help Center.

1. Go to the "Settings" menu on the "Horoscope" tab.
2. Click on the "Help and Support" button and submit a request with your issue. (Using the app to contact us provides info about your device, helping us investigate.)

4. Provide the following details to expedite the process:
When submitting your request, please include the following details:
- A brief description of the issue (and a screenshot, if possible)
- Your name (check in your profile under Personal Information)
- Your date of birth (format: YYYY-MM-DD)
- The name of the psychic you were chatting with
- The date and time of your chat (including your time zone)
