Sometimes when you open a chat with one of our psychics, you might notice that their response appears blurred. In some cases, a blurred preview may also appear in your chat list.
This can happen when your balance does not meet the minimum requirement needed to view the response or continue the chat.
Don’t worry - you are not charged just to unlock or view a blurred message!
1. Will I Be Charged?
No. You won’t be charged just to view a blurred psychic response.
Unlocking the message is free, and no credits are deducted from your account simply for removing the blur.
However, your balance still needs to meet a minimum requirement before the message can become visible.
2. Why Do I Need Credits Then?
Credits are needed as a balance eligibility check. This confirms that your balance is enough to continue or restart the chat if you choose to do so.
The exact minimum balance requirement may vary depending on the platform you use and the specific chat. If your balance does not meet the requirement, you’ll be prompted to top up before the message can become visible.
This is only a viewing requirement:
- No credits are used just for unlocking the message.
- You are charged only if you continue the conversation, send a new chat message, or send an offline message to the psychic.
3. How Can I Add Credits?
You have two easy options:
1. Click the "SEE THE MESSAGE" button. You’ll be directed to top up your balance. Once completed, the blur will disappear and you can read the message - no charge applied.
2. Or simply buy a credit package directly through the app or website. As long as your balance meets the minimum requirement, the blurred message will become instantly visible - again, with no deduction unless you take action.
