To restore your subscription on a mobile device:
- Ensure that you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account in the App Store or Play Store that you used when purchasing your subscription.
- Open the Nebula app, then go to "Settings".
3. Find the "Unlock All Features" button.
4. On the Sales screen, locate and tap the "Restore" button. This should restore your subscription.
If the Restore button isn't visible, it may mean there’s no active subscription associated with your email address.
