AskNebula users can access our website subscription after completing a quiz from ads on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. An example of this quiz can be found at: https://appnebula.co/.
After completing the quiz, users can purchase astrology readings (e.g., Compatibility Report, Palmistry Reading, Natal Chart). Along with these readings, users agree to a 7-day free trial that includes a recurring weekly/monthly/other subscription plan. All details are visible on the sales page before purchase.
AskNebula website subscription cannot be managed through phone settings or the App Store/Google Play. Management must be done directly on the website or through our customer support service.
Here is a guide how to cancel your web subscription:
- Log in to your account on AskNebula.com using your credentials or by completing the quiz. Look for an email with the subject: "✨Welcome to Nebula community! Please verify your email ✨" to find your login details.
- On the main page, tap on the "Profile" icon, go to "Settings", then find the "Customer Support" tab.
- In the "Plans" section, tap the Arrow next to your subscription plan, and then click "Cancel Plan".
Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription using Cancelation Link on AskNebula website.
Nebula App
The Nebula premium subscription offers enhanced access to various features within the app. It can be purchased directly from inside the app, and here’s how you can activate it:
- After downloading the Nebula app and logging into your personal account, you will receive a pop-up menu with the option to purchase premium access.
- You can also trigger the premium offer by navigating to the "Horoscope" tab and tapping on the "Unlock forever" button.
- Another way to access the premium subscription is through the "Settings" menu by selecting the "Unlock All Features" section.
When you access the premium section, the "Yearly" subscription may be pre-selected by default. If you want to activate the 3-day trial, you must first manually select it from the available subscription options.
Once the 3-day trial is selected, you can tap the "Continue" button. After the trial period, the payment will automatically proceed for the "Yearly" subscription, as this is often the most advantageous choice.
To cancel your Nebula app subscription, follow the guides below based on the device you are using.
Guide for iOS devices:
- On your iPhone or iPad, tap on the "Settings" app.
- Tap on your name (Apple ID) at the top of the Settings menu. Then, tap on "Subscriptions"
- From the list of your active subscriptions, find and tap on the Nebula subscription.
- Once you've selected the Nebula subscription, tap on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom. Follow any additional prompts to confirm the cancelation.
- If you don't see the "Cancel Subscription" option, it means the subscription has already been canceled and won't renew.

- Tap on the Google Play Store app to open it.
- Ensure you're logged into the correct Google Account associated with your Nebula subscription.
- Tap on the "Menu" (three horizontal lines in the top-left corner), then select "Payments & subscriptions". From the dropdown, tap on "Subscriptions".
- From the list of your active subscriptions, find and tap on the Nebula subscription.
- Once you've selected the Nebula subscription, tap on the "Cancel subscription" option. Follow any additional prompts to confirm the cancelation.
