1. For the asknebula.com website
1. Log in to your account on AskNebula.com using your credentials. You can find them in the email with the subject: "✨Welcome to Nebula community! Please verify your email ✨".
2. On the main page, tap on the "Profile" icon, go to "Settings",
3. Find the "Customer Support" tab → In the "Plans" section, tap the Arrow next to your subscription plan, and then click "Cancel Plan".
2. For App Store subscription
1. On your iPhone or iPad, tap on the "Settings" app, tap on your name (Apple ID) at the top of the Settings menu.
2. Then, tap on "Subscriptions".
3. From the list of your active subscriptions, find and tap on the Nebula subscription.
4. If you don't see the "Cancel Subscription" option, it means the subscription has already been canceled and won't renew.

3. For web subscription via iOS device
1. Open the Nebula app and log in to your account.
2. Go to the Horoscope tab → Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.
3. Select “How to Cancel Subscription” → “How to Cancel Web Subscription”.
4. You’ll be redirected to AskNebula.com. After logging in, you’ll be taken directly to the “Plans” section, where you can view and cancel your current subscription.
4. For Google Play subscription
1. Tap on the Google Play Store app to open it.
2. Make sure you're logged into the Google Account associated with your Nebula subscription.
3. Tap on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Select "Payments & subscriptions".
5. Then tap on "Subscriptions".
6. From the list of active subscriptions, find and tap on the Nebula subscription.
7. Tap on "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancelation process.

5. For web subscription using an Android device
1. Open the Nebula app and log in to your account.
2. Go to the Horoscope tab → Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

4. You’ll be redirected to AskNebula.com. After logging in, you’ll be taken directly to the “Plans” section, where you can view and cancel your current subscription.
