Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer the subscription plan and your account between iOS and Android platforms.
However, you can request assistance from our technical support team.
Use the "Contact us" option within the Nebula app. To access this:
- Go to the "Horoscope" tab.
- Click on the settings gear icon in the top right corner.
- Tap on the "Contact us" button to submit a request.
Contacting through the app will provide us with information about your device, which can help with the process.
After contacting support, we will provide you with a link to activate your premium access on the new device. If you have unused credits on your old device, please provide a screenshot of your in-app balance or a screenshot of the payment for these credits.
By following these steps, we can assist you with transferring your subscription effectively.
