Need to update your name, birth details, or other personal information? You can easily edit your profile either on the AskNebula website or in the Nebula mobile app.
1. Editing Your Profile on AskNebula Website
- Go to AskNebula.com and log in to your account
- On the main page, open "Settings" in the top right corner.
3. Select “Personal Information”
4. From there, you can update your profile details (nickname, birth date, etc.)
Changes will be saved automatically after you make your edits.
2. Editing Your Profile in the Nebula App
- Open the Nebula app
- Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to access Settings
3. Click on the “My Profile” section
4. Select the field you want to edit
5. Enter the correct information and save your changes
