AskNebula website
There are two ways our users can manage their passwords.
1. Through the “Settings” section on AskNebula:
- On the main page, go to the "Profile" tab and then push "Personal information" button.
- On the "Personal information" page, click the "Edit" button in front of "Password" setting. Then you should enter your current password, after that you will be able to set your new password.
2. Password reset during login process:
- Go to AskNebula login page and click the "Forgot password?" button. Then enter your account's email address, after you will receive an email with reset link on this email address
- Find this email in your inbox and click on the "Reset my password" button in it. You will be redirected to AskNebula website to put your new password. Click "Save" and all is done!
Nebula App
- Firstly, tap the "Already a user?" button on the starting page, and you will be redirected to the login page.
- If you do not have access through your Apple/Google/Facebook account, you should firstly log in to these accounts on your device.
- If you used Email and Password to log in, click the "Continue with Email" button.
- Then in the "Log in" menu, click the "Forgot Password?" button
- On the next page, put down your email used for logging in. Email with the password reset link will be sent.
- Find this email in your inbox and tap "Reset my password" button.
- You will be redirected to the page where you can create your new password.
- Click "Save" once done, and then "Log in" button to access your account with new password.
If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, you may have unsubscribed from our promotional emails, which could prevent delivery. In that case, contact our support team using the "Submit a Request" feature or the "Contact Us" option in the Nebula app, and we will assist you!
