If your Nebula account has been deleted and you’d like to restore it, this article will explain what recovery options may be available depending on how you used Nebula.
Please choose the option that matches your case below.
- If you used the Nebula app on iOS or Android
- If you used AskNebula Web
- If you still can’t restore your account
If you used the Nebula app on iOS or Android
If you used Nebula through the mobile app, you can restore your previous account directly in the app within 28 days after deleting it.
To restore your account:
- Open the Nebula app.

Tap Log in.
👇 If you see the Create an account screen first, tap Log in under Already a member.

3. Choose the same sign-in method you used for your previous account:
- Continue with Apple
- Continue with Facebook
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Email

4. If you used email and password, enter the email address and password connected to your deleted account.
After that, you should see a confirmation window asking if you want to restore your account. Tap Restore previous account to confirm.

5. If you previously used Google, Facebook, or Apple, choose the same login method.
In this case, your account should be restored automatically, and you may not see an additional confirmation window.
Once your account is restored, you’ll be able to continue using Nebula.
Please make sure you use the same sign-in method or email address that was connected to your deleted account.
If you used AskNebula Web
If your deleted account was connected to AskNebula Web, unfortunately, it cannot be restored after deletion.
We understand this may be disappointing, especially if you were hoping to get access back. However, once this type of account has been deleted, it is no longer available for recovery.
If you’d like to continue using Nebula, please create a new account. You’ll be able to start fresh and use the service again!

- the email address linked to your Nebula account;
- the sign-in method you used, if you remember it;
- a short description of what happens when you try to log in, with screenshots or a screen recording if possible.
