1. AskNebula Website Account Deletion
In order to remove your personal data on AskNebula website, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap the "Settings" gear icon at the top.
4. In the "Manage personal data" tab, located in the "Legal & Privacy" section, you can delete all personal information and your account.
5. Once you've completed these steps, you'll receive an email confirming the account deletion process. Click the "Confirm deactivation" button in this email to finalize the deletion.
If you're accessing AskNebula via desktop, follow the same steps as above.

⚠️ Please note:
Once your AskNebula Website account deletion is confirmed, this process cannot be reversed, and the deleted account cannot be restored.
2. Nebula App Account Deletion
In order to remove your personal data on Nebula app, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Nebula app.
2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Under the General tab, tap Account details.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Confirm your choice by tapping Delete again.
⚠️ Please note:
Your profile and chat data may be retained for up to 28 days before being permanently deleted.
If you change your mind during this time, you may be able to restore your account. Please follow the steps in this article: How can I restore my account?
