To connect your AskNebula account to your Nebula app, follow these steps:
1. Log in to AskNebula:
- First, log in to your personal account on AskNebula.com.

Use the credentials from the welcome email titled: "Get/Download your readings ✨" — or a similar subject that may include the name of your specific reading, such as Palmistry, Starseed, or Compatibility Reading etc.
2. Download the Nebula App:
- After logging in, go to the "Psychics" tab on the AskNebula website and scroll down until you see the menu offering 100 free credits after downloading the Nebula app.

Click on the appropriate link to download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
3. Connect your account:
- Once you've downloaded the Nebula app, open it and tap the "Get Started" button.

Your AskNebula account will automatically connect to the Nebula app, and you’ll be redirected to the "Chatroom" tab.
3.1 Already have a Nebula App account?
If you've previously downloaded the Nebula app and already have an account, you'll be presented with two options:
- Keep your old Nebula account
- Keep only the new AskNebula account - your old Nebula app account will be deleted, and your chat history will be merged into the new AskNebula account.
This process ensures seamless synchronization between your AskNebula and Nebula app accounts!
