After purchasing your report or reading, you should receive an email with access details within 30 minutes. The email will be sent to the email address you used during checkout. Look for a message with the subject line: "Get your readings ✨" — or a similar subject that may include the name of your specific reading, such as Palmistry, Starseed, or Compatibility Reading etc.
To view your reading, make sure you have the AskNebula mobile app installed. Your reading is only available inside the Readings tab in the app.
Click the “Get my reading” button (or similar) in the email. This will redirect you to the Readings tab in the Nebula app, where you can access your purchased reading.
🔹 If you haven’t downloaded the Nebula app yet:
Clicking the “Get my reading” button will take you to the App Store or Google Play to install the app.
Once the installation is complete, return to the email and tap the button again — you’ll be logged in automatically and redirected to the Readings tab, where your purchased content will be available.
🔹If you already have the Nebula app installed:
Сlicking the “Get my reading” button will log you into your account and redirect you to the Readings tab, where all your purchased readings will appear.
If you haven’t received the email after 30 minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, and confirm that you entered the correct email address during purchase.
