Take a Screenshot of the Error
If you receive an error like "An error processing your order", take a screenshot or write down the exact message. This helps our support team quickly identify the cause.

Double-Check Your Payment Info
Make sure your card number, CVV, and expiry date are correct. Also, confirm that your card is valid and has sufficient funds.
2. How to Contact Support
To report the issue:
1. Open the Nebula app
2. Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to access Settings
3. Select "Help and Support".
Please include the following information:
- A description of the issue
- A screenshot of the error message
- (If applicable) The cardholder name, last 4 digits of the card, or PayPal email used for the transaction
3. Common Reasons for Payment Errors
Here are the most frequent reasons why a credit purchase may fail in the Nebula app:

Your debit card doesn’t support online payments
Some debit cards are restricted from making online purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm, or try using a different payment method (such as a credit card or PayPal). -
Insufficient funds
Make sure your card or PayPal account has enough funds to cover the transaction. -
Incorrect card details
Double-check that you’ve entered the correct card number, expiration date, and CVV code. -
Expired card
If your card has expired, use a valid card with an active expiration date. -
Card limit exceeded
Your card may have a daily or transaction limit. Contact your bank to check and, if needed, increase the limit. -
Bank communication or security issues
Some banks apply additional fraud protection or require extra verification. If a transaction is declined without a clear reason, contact your bank to ensure there are no restrictions or blocks in place for online payments.
