Accurate astrological insights depend on the correct representation of your zodiac and ascendant signs. If you find them incorrect, follow this guide to address the issue:
1. Verify your profile information:
Nebula App:
- Go to the "Horoscope" tab.
- Tap the settings gear icon, then go to "My Profile".
- Tap the arrow next to the incorrect information and edit the details.
AskNebula website:
- Access the "Personal information" section.
- Navigate to the "Profile" tab and select the "Settings gear" option.
2. Ensure accurate details:
Re-enter the following information:
- Date of Birth: (day, month, and year).
- Place of Birth: (specific city and country).
- Time of Birth: (exact time, down to the minute, if possible).
You can try refreshing your profile by temporarily changing some details, saving them, and then entering the correct information again. This can sometimes fix display issues.
3. Understand the sign transition:
- Zodiac transitions are not always at midnight. The time the Sun moves from one sign to another can vary based on your location. For instance, the Sun may transition into Virgo at 6:02 AM in New York but at 3:02 AM in Los Angeles.
- Leap years and location can also shift transition dates, making the exact time and place of your birth essential for accuracy.
By ensuring you provide the exact birth time and location, the app will calculate your signs and chart correctly.
