If you're facing connection issues or other technical problems during a live chat with a psychic on the Nebula app, our support team is here to help!
These issues are rare and typically occur during system or database updates. During this time, you might see a "Something went wrong" error, or experience interruptions in live chats.

Please feel free to contact our support team by clicking the button below, and we will be happy to assist you!
2. Contact our support team through the Nebula app
- Go to the "Settings" menu.
- Click on the "Help and Support" button and submit a request with your issue. (Using the app to contact us provides info about your device, helping us investigate.)
3. Contact our support team through the AskNebula Website
Click on the icon with your name in the top right corner of the screen.
From the drop-down menu, select "Contact us".
You’ll be connected to our Virtual Assistant, Celeste, who will guide you through your request.
If Celeste isn’t able to resolve your issue, she’ll connect you to a Support Agent for further assistance.
4. Provide the following details to expedite the process:
- Description of the issue (attach a screenshot if possible).
- Your name (found in the "Horoscope" tab).
- Your date of birth (use the format YYYY-MM-DD).
- The name of the psychic you were chatting with.
- The date and time of the chat, including your time zone.
If any credits were lost due to connection problems, our support team will compensate them. Your satisfaction is our priority!
